Oxigen Wallet has voluntarily surrendered it’s PPI license. As no new wallets can be created or any fresh wallet loading can be made, therefore, as per RBI process, Oxigen requests it’s Wallet holders to request reclaim/refund to their bank account or use their wallet balance, following the below steps, before the 1st of February, 2021.
Please use the available wallet balance for: Recharge, Bill Payments and Shopping on our partner websites.
You can also send your balance to your personal bank account by money transfer.
Customers can also email care@oxigenwallet.com for any assistance required to close their wallet.

On your phone please open Oxigen wallet app
Click on "Send Money to Bank" icon.
Enter Amount
Select Beneficiary
Click on "Proceed" button
Enter your 6-digit PIN and click "send now"
Transaction Successful.
Please open www.oxigenwallet.com website
Login to your login credentials
In the Send Money option select Bank, enter amount and select beneficiary.
Confirm the details, enter current password and click on confirm payment.
Transaction successful.
Customer will send a mail from his registered email ID to care@oxigenwallet.com along with below mentioned documents asking for the closure of wallet.
1. Bank account details
2. Cancelled cheque (with wallet holder’s name printed on cheque)
3. Self-attested ID proof (PAN Card for signature verification or any other officially valid document with signature)
4. Self-attested Address proof (Aadhaar, Driving license, Passport, Voter’s ID)
