India Prepaid Services is proud to introduce the concept of "Oxigen" ITenabled Virtual distribution platform in India. Virtual prepaid airtime distribution is a fast and easy delivery mechanism for dispensing prepaid airtime of telecom and other service providers to their customers. It provides fully integrated solution for ordering and delivery of prepaid airtime in the retail environment. This system is efficient and secure with stock control, sales tracking, audit trails and user security inbuilt.

In India presently, majority of prepaid airtime is distributed in the physical form through paper cards through a network of distributors and retailers. To augment and enhance this physical distribution mechanism we are ideally positioned in the market to electronically distribute prepaid airtime through a combination of various devices and technologies.

By moving to real-time electronic transactions, various costs associated with the physical distribution system are largely eliminated. Consumers also benefit from the ability to credit their prepaid accounts through cash and/or card-based transactions.

For retailers, handling paper vouchers can be an administrative and logistical nightmare. Our solution means that all denominations are always in stock, there is no physical stock to handle or administer and the customer experience is significantly enhanced.

How our system works:

  • Buy prepaid airtime electronically from all service providers
  • Load it on "Oxigen" server and make it available to all "Oxigen" retailers on demand
  • Distribute these prepaid vouchers electronically using existing credit card Point of sale(POS) terminals at retail locations,computer with internet,ATM or even mobiles with SMS by providing easy connectivity to "Oxigen" server for voucher download on demand
  • A customer making purchases from a retail store can buy a prepaid voucher from the same counter
  • The machines will print vouchers on simple paper / receipt with a PIN number that can be used to recharge on the spot
  • The same transaction can also be executed PINless later on. Machines will be given Mobile# and recharge value. The confirmation from IPS via service provider will indicate total value of recharge and validity.
  • The basic objective is to make it simple and convenient for a person to recharge his / her phone from anywhere he / she visits as a matter of routine :
    • Shops, Restaurants, Petrol stations, Railway stations, Hospitals, Cinemas, educational institutes
