Micro ATM Cash In Service

We are very happy to launch “Micro ATM Cash In”, a service which will offer instant Cash In to customer’s bank account. This service has been introduced as AEPS Cash In service is temporarily unavailable due to upgrade of service by Banks resulting in inconvenience to customers & revenue loss to you.

This service is only available on the Oxigen Micro ATM. The process is mentioned here.

Commercials:

  • Cash In Amount of Less than equal to Rs.1500: Rs.8 will be deducted from CSP TA as customer surcharge
  • Cash In Amount of Above Rs.1500: 0.5% of the transaction value will be deducted from CSP TA as customer surcharge
  • CSP commission: 0.15% will be paid at the end of each month. It will be subject to TDS
  • CSPs serviced by RMU: Commission for RMU will remain same as AEPS Cash In
Note:
  1. Only 1 Bank Account can be registered against 1 Mobile no. under this service.
  2. Per transaction limit for Micro ATM Cash In service is Rs.5,000.
  3. The monthly limit per Mobile no. is Rs.25000/-. Please do RBL eKYC of the customer to increase the limit to Rs.2 Lakhs.

Process Flow of Micro ATM Cash In

Scenario 1: First time Cash-In and customer registration for Cash-In A/c

On Mobile no. verification, system will automatically recognize this as a new customer and the following steps will be required to be followed:

01 Enter User ID as '01'
02 Enter Password
03 Press Menu. Select Transaction
04 Select Cash-In to Bank
05 Press OK
06 Enter Customer's Mobile No.
07 Confirm the Mobile No.
08 Enter Customer’s Name
09 Enter Customer’s DOB
10 Enter Customer’s A/c No.
11 Confirm Customer’s A/c No.
12 Enter IFSC Code
13 Press OK to send OTP
14 Enter OTP
15 Enter Amount
16 Review and Confirm
17 Transaction Successful

Scenario 2: When the customer is already registered for RBL Money Transfer on RO Portal or Retailer App

Steps 1 to 7 will remain the same as mentioned above (Scenario 1). On Mobile no. verification, system will automatically recognize if the customer is already registered. The following steps will be required to be followed:

07 Confirm the Mobile No.
08 Enter Customer’s A/c No.
09 Confirm Customer’s A/c No.
10 Enter IFSC Code
11 Press OK to send OTP
12 Enter OTP
13 Enter Amount
14 Review and Confirm
15 Transaction Successful

Scenario 3: When all the Customer details are already registered

Steps 1 to 7 will remain the same as mentioned above (Scenario 1). On Mobile no. verification, system will automatically recognize if the customer is already registered. The following steps will be required to be followed:

07 Confirm the Mobile No.
08 Enter Amount
09 Review and Confirm
10 Transaction Successful
